Batch actions, moving and drag order

Work with several bookmarks while keeping the destination clear.

Review your selection

  1. Use the selection checkboxes in Table view to choose the bookmarks you need.
  2. Check the selected count, especially when a search or filter is active.
  3. Choose an available batch action: opening links, copying them, moving them or deleting them.
  4. For a move, choose the target workspace and page, review the destination category, and confirm.

Batch controls apply to the selected bookmarks, not every bookmark in the workspace.

Move versus copy

Moving changes where the bookmarks belong. Copying links as Markdown produces text you can paste elsewhere; it does not create a new boomation collection. Opening a large selection can create many browser tabs, so begin with a small selection.

Arrange items manually

Choose Manual order before arranging bookmarks by drag and drop. The available drag targets depend on the view and grouping. In a grouped view, check both the new position and the group after dropping. Automatic title, website or date sorting controls the displayed order until you return to Manual order.
