The new-member trial
A newly created member account receives one 14-day Pro trial per Google account. It starts when the member is first created, requires no payment method and does not renew automatically. Deleting and recreating the account does not grant another trial. Check Settings and plans for the current plan and expiry.
When Pro ends
Existing data is not deleted or hidden just because Pro expires. Editing follows Free limits: the first workspace remains editable within capacity, while other workspaces are read-only but can still be viewed, synced, exported or deleted. Existing automatic backups can still be downloaded and restored; creating new backups requires active Pro.
